Expansion of an industrial building in Rhome, Texas – Public Comments Invited
December 22, 2022 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) must determine whether the proposed expansion of an industrial building of Ryex Developments located in Rhome, Wise County, Texas is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, BDC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
Ryex Developments Inc. is requesting financing from BDC to purchase and expand an industrial property located at 149 Capital Lane, in Rhome, Wise County, Texas 76078.
Expansion of the building will add 1,523 m2 steel structure weld shop to the original. The land is approximately 21,550 m2 in size.
