Notice of intent to make a determination

Horse Lake 5 Unit Lot Servicing (Phase 2A) Project – Public Comments Invited

September 16, 2022 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Horse Lake 5 unit lot servicing (phase 2A) project, located in Horse Lake First Nation, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
