Notice of Determination

9 September 202022 – The National Research Council Canada has determined that the proposed project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Mitigation measures will be implemented for the following:

• Air and noise
• Soil
• Vegetation
• Wildlife
• Migratory birds;
• Species at risk;
• Physical and cultural resources;
• Archaeological resources;
• Accidents and malfunctions;

The National Research Council is satisfied that carrying out the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.  Therefore, the National Research Council may carry out the project, exercise any power, perform any duty or function, or provide financial assistance to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
