Notice of Termination

Ottawa — August 29, 2022 — In accordance with section 181(3) of the Impact Assessment Act, the environmental assessment of the Cochrane Hill Gold Project pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012, has terminated. In accordance with section 181(2) of the Impact Assessment Act, Atlantic Mining NS Inc. has not provided the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada with the required information or studies within the legislated time limit of August 28, 2022.
