Notice of Time Limit Extension

Ottawa – August 15, 2022 – On August 15, 2022, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) granted an extension to the three-year time limit for Alamos Gold Inc. (the proponent) to provide the required information or studies described in the Final Environmental Impact Statement Guidelines for the environmental assessment of the Lynn Lake Gold Project.

The Agency has taken this action further to a written request from the proponent that the time limit be extended by one year. The reasons for the Agency's determination are provided in its response to the proponent.

The new deadline for the proponent to provide the required information or studies described in the Final Environmental Impact Statement Guidelines is August 28, 2023.
