Notice of Time Limit Resuming

Ottawa — July 14, 2022 — On July 11, 2022, the Eastern Irrigation District (the Proponent) addressed the information request from the Agency in relation to the Snake Lake Reservoir Expansion Project. The Proponent thereby completed the activity for which it requested the time limit be suspended and the 90-day time limit has resumed.

The 90-day time limit is the period of time within which the Minister of Environment and Climate Change must respond, with reasons, to a request to designate a physical activity.
