Notice of Time Limit Suspension with Reasons

Ottawa — March 25, 2022 — On March 23, 2022, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) suspended the 90-day time limit within which the Minister must respond, with reasons, to the initial request for designation of the Lambert La Ronge Peat Harvest Project, proposed by Lambert Peat Moss Inc. (the Proponent).

The Agency has suspended the time limit based on the request from the Proponent that the time limit be suspended to allow it sufficient time to address information requested by the Agency.

When the Proponent has provided the Agency with the information requested, the Agency will post a notice that the prescribed activity is completed and the 90-day time limit will resume.
