The Proposed Project

The project consists of the construction of a temporary structure to house the workshop of the Dominion Sculptor, while also welcoming visitors and exposing them to the Dominion Sculptor's work. The work will start with the leveling and re-grading of an area currently being used by the East Block Phase 1 Rehabilitation Project as a laydown area. The area is on Parliament Hill, in the south-east corner, east of the East Block's Southeast Tower, north of Sapper's Gate, and between Canal Drive and the pedestrian walkway along the escarpment.
