The proposed project

Western Stevedoring is proposing to construct two new fabric covered shelters that will store primarily steel and project cargo at the Lynnterm Terminal. The two new shelters will be located adjacent (north and south) to the 2 existing shelters that were recently installed at the terminal as part of project permit No. 17-100 (breakbulk consolidation project). The shelters are 650 square metres and 500 square metres each and will be supported on concrete lock blocks that sit on of existing asphalt and do not require any below-grade foundations. An electrical connection for interior lighting is required.
