The Proposed Project

The project will involve the rehabilitation of the existing above grade parking garage.  The scope includes rehabilitation of the deteriorated surfaces based on extent of damages, including waterproofing where required.  These surfaces include slab on grade, suspended slab, walls, parapet and columns.  The scope will also encompass stairs, perimeter fencing, drain replacement and associated mechanical and electrical work.  The footprint of the project is approximately 5,735 square meters.
