The Proposed Project

Syscomax is proposing to build a new industrial building for PMR Catalytic Converter Recycling. The building will be located on lot 4 683 385 of the Québec cadastre, located between Service road A-1 and Service road A-3 at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The floor area of the future building, which will have one floor with the possibility of mezzanine offices and will not have a basement level, will be approximately 4 655 m2.

There will also be new paved areas. Trees will be preserved on the perimeter of the lot. A white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands.

The industrial building will be used for collecting various metals for recycling. The operations will not generate any atmospheric emissions, sanitary or rainwater discharge.

The ecological study will be conducted at the appropriate time. There are no waterways or wetlands on the site.
