The Proposed Project

Placement Daniel Foliot is proposing to expand the building currently housing Foliot Meubles' operations at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel to meet the growing demand for storage due to the increase in online shopping.

This 16,165 sqare meters addition will be dedicated to commercial storage. The building is covered with insulated prefabricated panels to ensure high thermal resistance.  The roof is white TPO, thus limiting heat islands.

The project will require the cutting of trees. Mitigation measures are planned, including a qualitative characterisation of the trees to ensure the absence of species with special status.
