Notice of Time Limit Resumption

Ottawa — March 4, 2021 — On February 22, 2021, Value Chain Solutions Inc. (the proponent) provided its response to the Summary of Issues and a detailed description of the Value Chain Solutions – Heartland Complex Expansion Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). The proponent thereby completed the activity for which the proponent requested that the time limit be suspended on January 13, 2021, and the 180-day time limit has resumed.

The 180-day time limit is the period of time within which the Agency must provide the proponent with a notice of the commencement of the impact assessment.
