Notice of intent to make a determination

Sucker Creek Housing Project (4 Units) – Public Comments Invited

October 26, 2020 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Sucker Creek Housing Project (4 Units) located in 55.405 -116.075 is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Rural residential Housing. Supply and install 1400 sq ft prefabricated modular home with Poured concrete foundation piling system. Site servicing comprised of 1500 gal precast concrete water cistern, 2000 gal precast concrete sewage holding tank, 3 phase power, natural gas and driveway. Rubber tired backhoe, Skidsteer, John Deere 200 Trackhoe, and D5 Cat Crawler Tractor to be used for excavation, driveway construction, backfill and landscaping.

Rural residential Housing. Supply and install 1220 sq ft stickbuilt bi-level house with ICF Poured concrete foundation walls. Site servicing comprised of 1500 gal precast concrete water cistern, 2000 gal precast concrete sewage holding tank, 3 phase power, natural gas and driveway. Rubber tired backhoe, Skidsteer, John Deere 200 Trackhoe, and D5 Cat Crawler Tractor to be used for excavation, driveway construction, backfill and landscaping.
