Notice of intent to make a determination

 

Kahkewistahaw Landing Infrastructure Construction - Public Comments invited

September 2, 2020 - Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Kahkewistahaw Landing Infrastructure Construction, located on Kahkewistahaw IR 72A-2, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

 

This project entails the construction of the infrastructure to support the development of 40 acres of urban reserve land in the City of Saskatoon by the Airport at 1215 Claypool Drive.  The infrastructure to be constructed includes the following: area grading, roads, sidewalks, curb & gutter, water mains, sewer mains, storm water mains, natural gas services, electrical services and telecommunication services.
