Order Designating Physical Activities

I, the undersigned Minister of Environment, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, do hereby designate the physical activities known as the Vista Coal Underground Mine Project, as well as the Vista Coal Mine Phase II Expansion Project, proposed by Coalspur Mine (Operations) Ltd.
