Public Notice
Milton Logistics Hub Project — Virtual Information Sessions

What is happening?

July 24, 2020 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) recently launched the public comment period on the potential environmental assessment conditions for the proposed Milton Logistics Hub Project, located in Milton, Ontario.

Due to COVID-19 and the associated physical distancing and self-isolation measures, the Agency is hosting virtual information sessions at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. (EDT) on July 29, 2020 and August 12, 2020, to help better understand the steps required in developing the environmental assessment conditions that would be legally binding on the proponent if the project is allowed to proceed and to learn about how to participate in the public comment period. Each 1-hour session will include a presentation by representatives from the Agency and an opportunity to ask questions about the conditions development process.

How can I participate to the virtual information sessions?
