Notice of Determination - Phase 5 of the dust collector replacement program at the Viterra grain terminal in the port of Montreal

July 2^nd, 2020 – The Montreal Port Authority (MPA) has determined that the proposed project Phase 5 of the dust collector replacement program at the Viterra grain terminal is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are:

• Water, soil and air pollution prevention
• Noise pollution prevention
• Verify the presence of vulnerable or endangered species

Therefore, the MPA may perform any duty or function to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
