The Proposed Project
The proponent will remove a damaged concrete boat launch from the foreshore at 356 Sea Shell Lane, North Vancouver. The concrete dock is approximately 6 meters long and 2 meters wide, and the toe of the structure sits beneath the low tide mark. A small excavator will be used to break up the concrete and move it to an area above the high tide mark. No excavation below the concrete will occur as a part of this project. The concrete will be disposed of or recycled at an appropriately licensed facility.
