Notice of intent to make a determination

Whitesand Elder'sUnit (6-Plex) – Public Comments Invited

Oct 25^th, 2019 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Elder's Unit (6-Plex), located in Whitesand First Nation is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

This new assisted living Elder's 6-Plex will provide safe and energy efficient housing in one central location.  The unit will be heated by oil and/or gas and will include septic tank/bed infrastructure
