Notice of Commencement of an Environmental Assessment

Ottawa – December 22, 2014 - The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has commenced an environmental assessment pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012) for the Crown Mountain Coking Coal Project.

On December 22, 2014, the Agency announced that a federal environmental assessment was required.
