Notice of Commencement of an Environmental Assessment

Ottawa – November 13, 2014 – The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) has commenced an environmental assessment pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012) for the Coal Mountain Phase 2 Project.

On November 13, 2014, the Agency decided that a federal environmental assessment was required.
