I write further to your letter of August 9, 2017, which I received from my litigation counsel. I note that I have not received a copy directly.

Please confirm that Taseko Mines Limited will not proceed with any work pursuant to the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources Permit Number MX-3-131, dated July 14, 2017, in whole or in part, unless and until you have obtained a positive federal environmental assessment decision for the New Prosperity Project.
