ORDER PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION 125(7) OF THE CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ACT, 2012 FOR THE HIGHWAY 905 ALL WEATHER ROADWAY PROJECT

The Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 125(7) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012 (CEAA 2012), excludes the comprehensive study of the Highway 905 All Weather Roadway Project (the Project) from the application of subsection 125(1) of CEAA 2012 and provides that the environmental assessment of the Project be continued under CEAA 2012. The Project is now considered to be a designated project under CEAA 2012.

The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency is the responsible authority with respect to the designated project and will continue the environmental assessment in accordance with the requirements of CEAA 2012.
