The proposed project includes an open-pit mine, crushing facilities, an ore processing plant, a tailings storage facility that includes titaniferous magnetite storage bins, service buildings, maintaining a consistent access route and mine pit roads, handling, storage and transfer facilities of the apatite concentrate at the Port of Sept-Îles, and moving a section of the railway.
