Development of new subdivisions along Lac Simon

Over the past few years, the community has experienced steady growth and is now comprised of approximately 2,000 inhabitants. To support this growth, the community desires to develop new subdivisions along the shoreline Lac Simon, equipped with all typical underground infrastructure (sanitary, storm and drinking water) along the entire proposed street (access to Étangs Street, the street near the community's garage, from Cicip Boulevard), including those adjacent to the new street.

Therefore, it will be possible to loop the drinking water network between Étangs Street and Cicip Boulevard, and to divert wastewater on both these streets.
