Notice of Termination

Ottawa — July 18, 2023 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada terminated the impact assessment for the Gazoduq Project. In accordance with section 20(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, Gazoduq Inc., the proponent, did not provide the Agency with the information or studies required for the conduct of the review within the three-year deadline prescribed by the Act, which was July 17, 2023.
