May 19, 2023 — The authorities must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing to construct a new facility for 2 Service Battalion at Garrison Petawawa. The new facility will be a 12,323 square meters one-story building to accommodate and meet the operational requirements of the Administrative Company and elements of the Battalion Headquarters.
