Notice of Time Limit Resumption

Ottawa — March 27, 2023 — On March 17, 2023, the Nisga'a Nation, Rockies LNG LP, and Western LNG LLC (the proponents) provided their response to the Joint Summary of Issues and Engagement and Detailed Project Description for the Ksi Lisims LNG - Natural Gas Liquefaction and Marine Terminal Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). On March 27, 2023, the Agency accepted these documents as it determined that they contained the information prescribed by the Information and Management of Time Limits Regulations. The proponents thereby completed the activity for which the proponents requested that the time limit be suspended on October 25, 2021, and the 180-day time limit of the Planning phase has resumed.
