Order Designating Physical Activities

I, the undersigned Minister of Environment and Climate Change, pursuant to section 9(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, do hereby designate the physical activity known as the Castle Project proposed by Teck Coal Limited, an expansion of Fording River Operations, which is an existing open-pit metallurgical coal mine.
